Almost From Scratch Baked Beans

Ingredients

1/2 cup Vegetarian baked beans, lightly drained

1/2 cup Canned black beans, rinsed and drained

1/2 cup Canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained

1/2 cup Canned red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

1 tbsp Onion pwdr

3 tbsp Barbecue sauce

3 tbsp Brown sugar

2 tsp Prepared mustard

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 F. Spray oven-proof and microwave-safe baking dish with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in dish and mix well. Cover and microwave on High 3-4 mins. Place casserole in oven and bake, uncovered, 25-30 mins. until bubbly hot.
