1 Head broccoli
1/2 c. Shredded parmesean cheese
1/2 c. Grated cheddar cheese
Chop and steam broccoli. In food processor or blender, make a dense paste by blending broccoli, parmesean and cheddar. Adjust cheese to taste. Add olive oil if desired. Serve over warm pasta.
