4 Boneless Chicken Breast Fillets (cut into 3/4" wide strips)
CAJUN SPICE MIX
5 cloves Garlic-crushed
4 Tbls paprika
2 Tbls dried oregano
2 Tbls dried thyme
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Fresh ground black pepper
LIME DIPPING SAUCE
1 1/2 cups Low-fat natural yogurt
2 Tbls fresh lime juice
1 Tbls finely grated lime rind
1 tsp Lime juice cordial
Preparation
1. Preheat BBQ to high heat
2. LIME SAUCE: place yogurt, lime juice, lime rind and cordial in a bowl and mix to combine. Serve with chicken.
2. SPICE MIX: place garlic, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix to combine. Add chicken and toss to coat. Shake off excess spice mix and cook turning frequently, on a lightly oiled BBQ plate for 5-7 minutes or until chicken is tender.
