Healthy way to enjoy broccoli and cheese

Ingredients
2 c (16 oz can) cream style corn
1 Egg or egg substitute - raw
2 tsp Dried onion flakes
1/3 c Shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
3 c Frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
10 Reduced fat snack crackers, crumbled
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8 by 8 in baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. In large bowl combine corn, egg, onion flakes and cheddar cheese. Stir in broccoli. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Evenly sprinkle cracker crumbs over top. Bake 35 to 40 min. Let cool for 5 min before serving.
Cook's Notes
Thaw frozen broccoli in refrigerater ahead of time.
