Ingredients
3 c Chopped cauliflower
2 c Chopped broccoli
1/4 c Water
1/2 c Fat-free mayo
1 tsp Dried onion flakes
1 tsp Prepared mustard
3/4 c (3 oz) shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
Preparation
In microwave safe bowl combine cauliflower, brocolli and water. Cover & microwave on High for 6 min. Drain - do not return to bowl. In same bowl combine mayo, onion flakes, mustard & cheddar cheese. Stir in drained vegetables. Cover & microwave on High for 2 min or until chesse starts to melt. Let it set for 2 min and gently stir just before serving.
