Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients
2 tablespoons Margarine OR butter
1 Small onion, sliced (about 1/4 cup)
1 can Campbell's® Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/3 cup Milk
1/8 teaspoon Ground black pepper
4 Medium potatoes (about 1 1/4 lb.), cooked and sliced 1/4-inch thick
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Preparation
In medium skillet over medium heat, heat margarine. Add onion and cook until tender.
Add soup, milk, pepper and potatoes. Heat through. Garnish with parsley.
TIP: Substitute 2 cans (about 16 ounces each) whole white potatoes, rinsed, drained and sliced for 4 medium potatoes.
