Ingredients

3/4 cup Plain yogurt
1/2 cup Fresh or frozen strawberries, blueberries, or rasberries
5 tsp. Apple juice concentrate
1 tbs. Orange juice concentrate
1/2 tsp. Grated orange peel
Cinnamon to taste (optional)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.

Yeilds 1 cup.
