Ingredients
6-8 Red potatoes
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sage
1 cup Chopped pecans
1 tsp Ground rosemary'
1 cup Ground oats
1/4 cup Flax seed
1 Finely chopped onion or 1/2 cup dried onion
Preparation
Mix ingredients into bowl. Form into patties the size of small sand dollars and fry in vegetable oil over medium heat. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
