Mexican Sausage. May be frozen cooked or uncooked.
1 lb. Ground beef
1/2 lb. Ground pork
1 Minced garlic clove
1/2 Onion, diced
1 tbsp Vinegar
2 1/2 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Oregano
2 Chilitepins, finely chopped
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Refrigerate or freeze in airtight container.
3. To use, brown over medium heat until chorizo turns more brown. Drain.
