Ingredients
1/2 cup Chopped onions
1/2 cup Chopped celery
1 large pkg Frozen broccoli
1 pkg Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes (8 oz)
4 cup Cooked rice
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 can Cream of chicken soup
Butter of your choice (to sautee)
Preparation
Pre-cook broccoli and rice separately. In large saucepan, melt butter and sautee onions and celery. Add cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup and cheese; stir until melted. Fold in broccoli and rice. Pour in large, ungreased casserole dish and heat for 30 minutes on 350 degrees.
