Chinese Style Turkey Burger

Ingredients

1/4 lb Ground turkey

1/4 c Chopped water chestnuts

1/4 c Shredded Mozzarella cheese

1/4 c Onion, finely chopped

1/2 tsp Chile sauce

1/2 tsp Prepared mustard

1 tsp Soy sauce

Preparation

1. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, water chestnuts, cheese, onion, chile sauce, mustard and soy sauce. Mix together well and form into patty.

2. Using a griddle or skillet, cook the patty over medium heat for about 5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
