I made this for hubby and myself and it was delicious! i added some leftover corn and black bean salsa, but otherwise followed the recipe. i made jiffy cornbread muffins and crumbled one into my bowl before adding the chili then topped with a dollop of reduced fat sour cream. it was awesome!! and so easy.

Loved this simple meal! Cooked on low for 6 hours. Also added 1 cup of corn, the white kidney beans almost get disguised as potatoes when they're cooked for so long, this is good with the picky eaters in this house! Melt in your mouth delicious!

I served this with some homemade tortillas, it was great. Next time I make it though, I will use less thyme. The taste was bit too strong for me.

I made this especially for the teenage grandchidren and they loved it but everyone else loved it too. It will be on our favorites list now.

This is so easy to make...and great tasting I added a can of corn and I didn't put the cheese in until right before serving...my daughter thought it tasted like nachos...guess it was the picanta sauce...we also ate it over rice but the rice took away some of the flavor. Thank you for an easy recipe!
