1 cup Jasmine Rice, cooked
1/2 cup Fruit of choice, fresh or dried
1/2 cup Light Soy Milk
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, let sit 5 to 10 minutes for rice to absorb some of the soy milk. Enjoy

If you are not used to using soy milk, it's thick like cream and tastes like milk. The feel in your mouth is silky and rich.
