Guacamole is very popular in Mexico and Southwestern cuisines. This tasty version takes only 3 minutes to make!
Prep and Cook Time: 3 minutes
Ingredients:
1 Medium ripe avocado
1 tbs Lemon or lime juice
1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute. Alternatively, you can mash the avocado with a potato masher or fork and then add the rest of the ingredients. Serves 2
