1 Egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2 cups Quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Milk
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
1/4 cup Chopped nuts
1/4 cup Raisins
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes. Cut into squares.

Substitute applesauce for oil and/or half of mashed up banana for the egg. Enjoy!
