Black Bean, Avocado and Tomato Salad

Ingredients

4 Ripe Roma tomatoes, coasely chopped

1 Small purple onion, chopped fine

1/2 cup Fresh chopped basil

1 Lemon, just the juice

1 15 oz Can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 Avocado, not too soft, peeled and chopped into chunks

1/2 tsp Chili powder

Black pepper and sea salt to taste

Pinch cumin

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix until combined. Serve chilled.
