Aunt Ann's Ham Fried Rice

Fried rice use ham or chicken.

Ingredients

4 cups Water

2 cups Rice

2 cups Ham or chicken

4-6 Strips bacon

2-3 Eggs (scrambled)

2 Carrots

1/2 Onion

1 Celery stalk

Soy Sauce

Pepper (if desired)

1/4 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Accent

Preparation

Cut into cubes carrots, onions, celery, meat (ham or chicken).

Boil water add rice, cook 20 to 25 minutes.

In a frying pan cook bacon. (Save greese)

Beat eggs and fry in greese, when egg is cooked, cut eggs into cubes. Fry vegetables in greese, cook until vegetables start to soften.

Combine all ingredients in one pan cook on low heat for 15 minutes. (Add Soy sauce, Pepper, Garlic powder to your taste.)
