Ingredients
1 c Cooked chicken breast, finely chopped
3 t Omega 3 Mayonnaise (see recipe)
1/4 c Onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Pecans, finely chopped
Salt-free all purpose seasoning (see recipe)
White pepper
1-2 Cucumbers, washed and peeled
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except cucumbers. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, slice the cucumbers into 1/4" thick slices. Spread 1-2 t chicken mixture on each slice.
