Easy to make and goes a long way.
1/2 to 3/4 c Chopped green onions
2 Eggs beaten
1/2 c Butter
Soy sauce to taste
1 to 1 1/2 c Peas
1/2 to 1 c Slivered carrots
Garlic salt and perrer to taste
Rice enough for 10 servings
8 To 10 thin pork loins
Cook eggs into a THIN layer, cut into small squares and cool. Sautee onions in butter, add soy sauce, garlic salt, pepper to cooked rice. Add cooked pork that has been cut up very small. Add peas and carrots. May serve with additional soy sauce.
