Preheat oven to 415
* 2 pound Lean ground beef or 7% ground beef or ground turkey
* 3/4 cup Breadcrumbs
* 1 chopped onion
* 1 red Bell Pepper
* 2 egg, lightly beaten
* 3 cloves Garlic, chopped or 3tb crushed Garlic
* 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
* 1 tablespoon Prepared yellow mustard
* 1 teaspoon Extra virgin olive oil
* 1 tablespoon Butter

* 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
* 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
Preparation
1. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, BreadCrumbs, onion, egg, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, red pepper flakes, and Cajun seasoning. Form the mixture by hand into meatballs.
2. Heat the olive oil and melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place the meatballs in the skillet, and cook, turning constantly untell browned and unable to fall apart, 10 minutes, then in a 9/13 bakeing dish trancfer all the meatballs into it from skillet lay down foil on rack shinny side up and then cover bakeing dish with foil and back on 415 for aprox 45 min then remove from bakeing dish immediatly and place on a plate to cool or in any kind of sause you would like..
Cook's Notes
If baked you get most of the grease out and they are fluffy not hard
