Great low carb dinner or appetizer loved by kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

1 pkg Chicken Drummettes per person (4 persons = 4 pkgs)

Spray GRAPESEED oil

1 tbl Butter

Hot sauce, or wing sauce (Franks' Wing Sauce)

Carrots, celery, red pepper cleaned and cut into sticks

Blue Cheese Dressing (homemade or Maries)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Use a large roasting pan. Put several paper towels in the bottom of the empty roasting pan. Clean each wing/drumette and toss into roasting pan. When all are cleaned and in the pan, use paper towel to dry as much water as possible before discarding wet paper towel.

Spray the GRAPESEED oil on the wings and shake to coat. Put in the oven and roast until brown and crunchy looking. About 1 to 2 hours.

On the stove in a frying pan, melt butter. When it begins to foam, add hot sauce or wing sauce( I told you my favorite,) and wings to frying pan.

Continue to cook on medium high until wings abosrb sauce, about 15 minutes.

Serve with lots of napkins and a discard bowl. The blue cheese is good for a dipping sauce, and for the fresh veggies...

Cook's Notes

You want to make sure that the wings are really golden brown so that when they rehydrate in the sauce, they do not become rubbery. Yuck! Keep trying sauces you make like. Heat is a matter of preference and some like it hot!!!
