Ingredients

2 Large packages frozen cut spinach
12 ounce Container small curd cottage cheese
2 tbs Real butter
3 ounces Provolone and swiss cheese slices torn into cubes
1 tsp Salt
3 Eggs lightly beaten together
1/2 tsp Dry mustard powder
1/8 tsp (1 pinch) nutmeg)

Preparation

thaw and drain (squeeze till dry) frozen spinach

Mix together in mixing bowl the remaining ingredients except for butter

Transfer mixture to crock

Place strips of provolone and swiss over top with butter slices around edges

Heat on High until boiling

Reduce to low and continue cooking for another hour or two.
