1 Onion chopped
2 Celery stalks chopped fine
1/2 Bell pepper chopped fine
Morningstar Farms Meal Starters Steak Strips style--one package
2 tbs Olive oil
2 Large cans crushed tomatoes
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dried chili pepper
1/8 tsp Pepper flakes
Preparation
Saute' onions until they begin to brown
Add celery and bell pepper and brown
Add "Steak Strips" cut into cubes--brown
Add crushed tomatoes and simmer
Add seasonings and transfer to crock pot on low setting. Serve over toasted burger buns.
