12 oz Lump crabmeat, drained
1 10 oz Can shrimp bisque
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
2 tsp. Soy sauce
1 Scallion finely chopped
For the won ton chips
1 package Won ton wrappers
Oil for frying
