Hot Crab Rangoon dip with Won Ton chips

Ingredients

2 8 oz Packages cream cheese, softened

12 oz Lump crabmeat, drained

1 10 oz Can shrimp bisque

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

2 teaspoons Lemon juice

2 tsp. Soy sauce

1 Scallion finely chopped

For the won ton chips

1 package Won ton wrappers

Oil for frying

Preparation

soften cream cheese so that it can be mixed easily. combine all ingredients together and pour into a broiler-proof serving dish. Place under the broiler until top is browned well. Turn the broiler off and then heat the oven to 375 degrees and continue to bake for 10 minutes.

While you are waiting for the dip, begin frying your won ton wrappers to use as dippers. Place the wrappers in hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel and serve.
