Ingredients

2 ounces Small curd cottage cheese
1-1/2 tsp. Plain or vanilla nonfat yogurt
1/8 tsp. Fresh mixed herbs
3/4 tsp. Chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. Lemon zest
1/8 tsp. Salt
Dash of black pepper

Preparation

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl. Drain any excess liquid. Serve.
