Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients

4 cups Black beans, drained

1 cup Tahini

3/4 cup Lemon juice

1/4 cup Canola oil

2 tablespoons Garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Salt

2 teaspoons Pepper

Preparation

Place all in food processor and mix until smooth. Serve with pita bread or tortilla chips.
