Ingredients

1 Egg
1 Egg white
1/4 cup Low-fat cheese
Non-stick spray
2 Low cal tortilla
1/2 cup Salsa
1 teaspoon Sour cream

Preparation

Scamble together on egg and one egg white. When almost set, add cheese. Continue to cook until cheese is melted.

Divide egg's onto two tortilla's top with salsa and sour cream. Roll up tortilla and eat.
