Easy 3 meals!
1 Whole chicken, about 4 or 5 lbs
3 cups Water
4 Carrots
2 Celery stalks
Few tbsp mayo
1/2 cup Rice
Put chicken in Crockpot, add 3 cups water. Cook on high for 5 hours. 1/2 way through, add chopped celery & halved carrots. 45min's- and hour before done, add rice. Cook until rice & chicken are done.
Take out chicken and strain rice & take 2 carrots for a meal. Than take chucks of white meat & cut up, mix with mayo for chicken salad. What's left in crockpot is soup, just add some dark meat pieces. heat up soup with some extra water microwave 2 min's.
