1 1lb Loaf Italian bread, cut into 8 slices
1/2 cup Nonfat Italian salad dressing
1 14.5 oz. Can petite-cut diced tomatoes with garlic and onion, drained
3/4 cup Diced Vidalia onion
1 tbsp Roasted minced garlic
1 cup Nonfat shredded mozz. cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 F. Line baking sheet(s) with foil and spray with cooking spray. Arrange bread slices in single layer on baking sheet(s). Brush both sides of bread with salad dressing. Bake 2 mins. per side until lightly browned. Combine tomatoes, onion, and garlic in medium bowl and mix well; spoon mixture evenly on bread slices. Top each bread slice with 2 tbsp cheese. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted.
