Ingredients

1/2 cup Nonfat cottage cheese, drained
1/3 cup Nonfat Parm. cheese
1/2 cup Pasta sauce
4 Flour tortillas
1/2 cup Shredded mozz. cheese
Additional pasta sauce, heated (opt'l)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F. Line baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Combine cottage and Parm cheeses in small bowl and mix well. Spread 2 tbsp pasta sauce on each tortilla; top with 2 tbsp cottage cheese mixture and sprinkle with 2 tbsp mozz. cheese. Fold tortilla over and press edges to seal. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet; bake 4-5 mins; turn tortillas over and bake 3-5 mins until cheese is completely melted and tortilla is lightly browned. Let stand 3-5 mins before slicing each tortilla into 4 pieces and serving with additional pasta sauce, if desired.
