Ingredients
1 10 lb. Bag Tyson frozen Chicken Wings
1 cup Del Monte Traditional spaghetti sauce
1 12 oz. Bottle Frank's Red Hot sauce
1 stick Butter
1 Gallon vegetable oil
1 15 oz. Jar Marzetti Classic Ranch or Chunky Blue Cheese dressing
Celery hearts, washed and sliced into sticks (optional)
Preparation
Fill deep fryer with vegetable oil and preheat to 375.
In large saucepan, combine tomato sauce, Frank's sauce and butter. Heat over medium-high until sauce is bubbly and butter is melted. Reduce heat to low and keep warm while frying the wings.
Prepare a cooling rack on top of a cookie sheet with paper towels between the cookie sheet and the rack.
Place a single layer of wings in frying basket. Cook for about 10 minutes. Remove from fryer and drain on cooling rack. Repeat until all wings are cooked.
Spoon about 1 1/2 cups wing sauce into a large bowl with a lid. Place 10-12 wings in bowl and seal. Shake contents until wings are coated with sauce. Repeat for all wings.
Serve wings with celery and use dressing for dipping sauce.
Cook's Notes
You can also use a pot on the stove top to heat oil and fry the wings if you don't have a deep fryer.
