Total Preparation Time: Less than 15 minutes
Ingredients: Chicken & Turkey
Actual Cooking Time: 2 hours
Number of Servings: 8
Origin: Asian
Special Features: Simple (6 ingredients or less)
Meal Type: Appetizers
Ingredients
1 bottle (16 oz) Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame Seed Dressing
1 jar (16 oz) orange marmalade
1 tbl Garlic powder
10 pounds Trimmed chicken wings
Preparation
Heat oven to 450. Line 2 baking sheets with sides with aluminum foil. Spray foil with cooking spray. Put chicken wings in one layer on the pans. Bake 20 minutes.
Meanwhile mix the dressing, marmalade and garlic powder in a medium size bowl.
When the 20 minutes is up take the chicken wings and dip them in the dressing mixture and put them back on the baking sheet. Place back in the oven for another 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Remove from the baking sheet. At this point I put them in a 13 x 9 glass baking pan and use a pastry brush to brush on the remaining sauce. I put the pan back in the oven, uncovered, at 200 degrees for another hour until the chicken soaks up the sauce.
Cook's Notes
These are saucy and good as an appetizer, but can be a main dish with rice and green salad.
