Ingredients

2 teaspoons Olive oil
1 pound Lean sirloin steak/ cut into strips
2 tablespoons Reduced sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons Honey
1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper
4 cups Cooked capellini or thin spag (whole wheat is best)
1 Head of leaf lettuce

Preparation

1. In a large nonstick skillet, heat the oil, Add beef ... cook 5-6 min

2. Add Soy sauce, vinegar, honey, and pepper flakes; cook stirring constantly, about 1 min. Add the pasta and toss to cook; cook until the pasta is heated through about 1 min

3. Arrange lettuce leaves on a large platter; place the serving dish in the center. Spoon 1/4 cup of the mix on each lettuce leaf, roll up and eat with your hands. YUMMY!

Very tasty and easy to make. The lettuce was a pain in the a** to keep rolled up, so I found it easier to mix the pasta mix and lettuce all together in a bowl; almost like a stir fry. Very good dish.

What are the true Carb grams for this recipe? I can't believe there are 554 grams of Carbs for a single serving. I'm assuming it's a typo?
