Ingredients
1 pack Ramen Noodles – crush them while in package
½ cup Sunflower seeds (or pine nuts)
¼ cup Margarine/butter
½ cup (or whatever you prefer) broccoli floret tops shredded
1 package Romaine lettuce
½ cup Oil
¼ cup Vinegar
¼ tbsp Salt
½ cup Sugar
1 ½ tsp Soy sauce
½ package Ramen Noodle seasoning
Preparation
Put lettuce in bowl and pour broccoli over it.
Put margarine in pan and sauté sunflower seeds and Ramen Noodles until browned, then pour over lettuce and broccoli.
Mix all dressing ingredients together in bowl.
Pour over salad and mix well.
