1/2 lb Sausage
1 cup Flour
2-3 cups Milk
1-2 can Biscuits
Salt

Preparation
fry sausage over medium low heat, do not drain.
salt and pepper while frying sausage.
after sausage is cooked thoroughly, add flour 1/4 cup at a time. Allow the grease to absorb flour before adding more.
once flour is absorbed, start adding milk half cup at a time. simmer until gravy thickens. repeat till all milk is used.
bake biscuits as directed on can or use homemade biscuits.
