1-2 pounds Beef chunks
(or leftover cooked chicken)
1 pound Mushrooms
2 Med. zucchini
1 Yellow bell peper
1 Red bell pepper
1 pound Cherry tomatoes
Drizzle of EVOO
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Kabob sticks
Preparation
1. Cut up veggies
2. Place food on kabob sticks in any order leaving space at bottom of stick as a handle and small spaces between food to allow it to cook.
3. Lay full sticks on baking sheet side by side.
4. Drizzle EVOO on food, add spices and seasonings.
5. Bake at 350* until meat is fully cooked.
