Ingredients

3 oz Water-packed tuna, drained

1 tbsp Capers

1 c Shredded romaine lettuce

1 c Raw spinach, chopped

1/3 c Onion, chopped

1 Cooked egg white, chopped

2 tsp Mustard

1 tbsp Olive oil

Preparation

Combine ingredients and serve.
