Ingredients

1 Ripe banana
1 cup Frozen blueberries
1 cup Nonfat plain yogurt

Preparation

1. In a blender, combine banana, blueberries, and yogurt.

2. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into two glasses; serve immediately.
