Potatoes

Onions

Celery

Carrots

Salt

Butter

1 can Evaporated milk

Preparation

1. Peel potatoes

2. Cut onions, celery and carrots

3. Add water to potatoes

4. Cook on high heat, then turn down to low

5. Add salt and butter

6. Add can of milk
