Ingredients

2 cups Hash browns
1 cup Shredded cheese
1/4 cup Milk
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 can (8oz) mushrooms, drained
2 cups Broccoli florets
4 Eggs
1/2 tsp Dried thyme and onion powder

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 375

2. Lightly press hashbrowns into greased 9 inch pie plate to form crust

3. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese. Top with mushrooms and broccoli

4. Beat eggs, milk, thyme, onion powder and pepper with a whire wisk

5. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese

6. Bake at 35 mins or until center is set and top is golden brown

It does sound good but this is why I skip some recipes because they don't tell the nutritional value. that is what I need to know more than any thing else.

Sounds great but do you have any nutritional info on this. Also, are you using low fat cheese and milk?
