Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Lightly press hashbrowns into greased 9 inch pie plate to form crust
3. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese. Top with mushrooms and broccoli
4. Beat eggs, milk, thyme, onion powder and pepper with a whire wisk
5. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese
6. Bake at 35 mins or until center is set and top is golden brown
