Ingredients

12 oz Drained cooked chick-peas
1/2 cup Plain non-fat yogurt
2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
3 Garlic cloves
2 tsp Olive oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground cumin
1/8 tsp Ground allspice

Preparation

In food processor or blender, combine chick-peas, yogurt, juice, garlic, olive oil, salt, cumin and allspice with 1 Tbsp water; puree until smooth.
