Spaghetti and Turkey Meatball Stoup

i took the recipe from rachaelray.com and made a few changes. "stoup" is a little thicker than soup. a nice hearty meal on a cold day.

Ingredients

1 box Full cooked frozen lean turkey meatballs
2 cups Tomato sauce
4 cups Chicken stock
2 stalks Celery chopped
1 Med onion chopped
1 Glove of garlic (pressed)
1/2 cup Chopped zucchini
2 Carrots chopped
1 cup Spinach
1 tbsp Parsley
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Whole wheat spaghetti (broken into bite size pieces)**as much or as little as you like.

Preparation

put a bit of olive oil in a frying pan and fry chopped onions, celery, zucchini and garlic for approx 5 min on med-high heat. add cooked veggies to a large pot along with tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, chicken stock and chopped carrots. cook on med-high heat until carrots are tender. add frozen meatballs, broken whole wheat spaghetti, parsley, salt and pepper. add the spinach the last 5 min of cooking.

sprinkle stoup with fresh parmesan cheese and serve with crusty italian bread.
