A fast and yummy recipe that beats out of the box mac-n-cheese!

1 box Macaroni pasta
2 cups Milk
6 tbs Flour
6 tbs Butter
1 cup Any kind of cheese you want. ( we used velveta, provalone, and cheddar)
Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Bring 8 cups of water to a boil, add salt and pasta.
Let boil for 10 minutes or untill pasta is tender.
Bring milk, butter, and flour to just below a simmer in a 2nd saucepan over medium heat.
Add cheese, and a dash of salt and pepper to the cream mixture and constantly stir over low heat untill all combined.
Drain pasta, then mix in with the cheese sauce.
Cook's Notes
To make recipe even better you can heat your oven to 350 and add bread crums to the top of the mac-n-cheese and bake for 10 minutes untill golden.
You could also make this into an easy casserole by adding 1-8oz can of peas drained and a small can of drained tuna.
