Preparation
Bring 8 cups of water to a boil, add salt and pasta.
Let boil for 10 minutes or untill pasta is tender.
Bring milk, butter, and flour to just below a simmer in a 2nd saucepan over medium heat.
Add cheese, and a dash of salt and pepper to the cream mixture and constantly stir over low heat untill all combined.
Drain pasta, then mix in with the cheese sauce.
