Baked Spaghetti

I found a similar recipe and tweaked it 'til it was just right :)

Delicious baked spaghetti that makes AMAZING leftovers!

Total Preparation Time: 15 to 30 minutes
Ingredients: Beef
Rice, Pasta & Bread

Ingredients

10oz Spaghetti
1/3 c. Olive oil
3 cloves Minced garlic OR 2 tbsp minced garlic (from jar)
1 Medium onion, chopped OR 2 tbsp onion powder
1/2 Bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp Dried basil
6 cups Spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb. Ground Beef
2 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Preparation

Cook spaghetti, drain, set aside

Preheat oven to 350' F

Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat - do not burn

Add garlic, onion, peppers, and basil; saute' 2min.

Add ground beef; cook until browned.

Add sauce; simmer 5 min.

Spread 1 cup of sauce mixture into bottom of a 9x13" baking dish.

Layer some of the spaghetti, some of the sauce mixture, 1 cup mozzarella, and 1/2 cup parmesan.

Repeat layering

Bake 15-20 min.

Let stand 10 min. before serving
