2 cups Brown rice
1 lb Boneless sirloin steak cut into thin strips
2 tsp Minced garlic
1 pkg Frozen stir-fry veggies thawed and drained
1/4 cup Asian sesame with ginger dressing
1/4 cup Soy sauce
cook rice as directed
heat large skillet w/ cooking spran on med-high
add meat and garlic stir-fry for 2 min
add veddies, dressing, and soy sauce
stir fry and additional 3 min.
serve with rice
