Ingredients
1 2/3 cup Water
1 1/3 cup Instant potato flakes
1/3 cup Nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 cup Nonfat mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. Black pepper
1 tsp. Dried onion flakes
1 tsp. Parsley flakes
1 tsp. Chili seasoning
1 can( 6 oz.) can white tuna in water - drained & flaked
1 cup (8oz.) can cream-style corn
3/4 cup Reduced-fat Chedder Cheese
Preparation
1. Spray an 8-by-8-inch glass microwaveable baking dish with butter-flavored cooking spray. In an 8-cup glass measuring bowl, microwave water on HIGH (100% power) for 2 minutes or until water starts to boil. Add potato flakes and dry milk powder. Mix well to combine. Let set for 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in mayonnaise, black pepper, onion flakes, parsley flakes, and chili seasoning mix. Add tuna. Mix well to combine. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish. In a small bowl, combine corn and Cheddar cheese. Evenly spread corn mixture over top of tuna mixture. Microwave on HIGH for 8 minutes, turning dish after 4 minutes. Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 3 minutes.
Divide into 4 servings. Freezes well.
