Asparagus Feta (Healthy)

Broiled asparagus makes for a great diet food or side dish.

Ingredients

1/2 bunch Asparagus,

1-2 Tbps (EVOO)Olive Oil

Salt

Pepper

1/4 -1/2 cup Feta Cheese (crumbled

Preparation

Heat oven, Hi Broil, Wash Asparagus, Lay out in single layer on 13x 9 pan to broil in oven, drizzle Olive Oil over Asparagus, Salt and Pepper, Sprinkle Cheese over the Asparagus, in a line below Asparagus Tips, about 1/2 inch wide. Place on SECOND RACK for 15 min. Then move to top rack to brown cheese and Asparagus for 3-4 Min. Enjoy!
