Ingredients

1 clove Garlic
1 cup Mayo
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper
1 can Artichoke hearts
Chopped paprika
Pita bread and crackers

Preparation

Thoroughly mix first 4 ingredients, season to taste. Drain artichokes and rinse under cold water. Chop into small pieces and stir into mayo mix. Spoon the mixture into an ovenproof bowl and sprinkle wit paprika.

Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until dip is bubbling and beginning to brown. Serve hot.

Cook's Notes

You can add more cloves of garlic if desired.
