For dip:
1 1/3 c. Peeled, cored, and diced apples
1 tsp. Fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. Brown sugar
2 tsp. Apricot preserves
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
For chips:
5 Flour tortillas
2 tbs. Butter, melted
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon'
1 1/2 tbs. Sugar
Preparation
1. Combine dip ingredients in bowl and refrigerate until chilled t hrough.
2. Brush tortillas with butter, cut into wedges.
3. Arrange wedges on baking sheet, sprinkle with sugan and cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 1o minutes o runtil golden brown.
