Preparation
1. Sprinkle bread cubes into greased 9X12 casserole dish.
2. Cook and drain sausage, sprinkle over bread. Sprinkle cheese.
3. Beat eggs in bowl, add milk and mustard, mix well.
4. Pour egg mixture over sausage and cheese.
5. Refrigerate overnight.
6. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes or until set.
